Where do I send my questions and comments? Order by Phone? [ top ]
You can either email your question or comment or you can call our toll free number at 1-888-662-PATS (7287). All questions, comments, and orders will be handled through our customer service department.
How often is the ProShop website updated? [ top ]
We are constantly updating the website to keep the product line fresh, along with new items, auction items and specials. This is the only site for official Patriots merchandise.
What are your hours of operation? [ top ]
Our customer service department is open Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm EST. Our on-line store never closes!
Is the Shopping Secure? [ top ]
Yes, shopping at the Patriots Pro Shop is safe and easy. Your credit card number and other personal data will be treated with the highest standards of safety and privacy, and we use the latest security measures to keep it that way. Orders placed on our site are encrypted using SSL technology, so rest assured that your transactions are protected. With SSL implemented on both the client and server, information sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive to our server only privately and unaltered.
How do I know if a product is in stock or if it's back ordered? [ top ]
All products on our website are in stock. In the event that a size or an item goes out of stock or is back ordered you will be notified by email or by phone within 3 business days.
 
Will I receive a confirmation email after I have placed my order? [ top ]
Yes, as soon as you check out and complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you specified as your email address. You will also receive an email from our warehouse providing you your tracking number so you can track your package!
Do you accept international orders? [ top ]
Yes we accept international orders, all funds are paid in U.S. currency. See our Shipping Rates for more shipping information. Depending on where the item(s) are being shipped, in-stock items usually take 2 to 4 weeks.
What forms of payment do you accept? [ top ]
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. We do not accept C.O.D. orders. To pay by check or money order please call us to make arrangements.
Can I change my order after I have placed it? [ top ]
We will do our best to accomodate changes to orders but during high volume periods we may be unable to do so. Most orders are shipped within hours of being placed. Please send us an email so we can determine whether or not the change request can be accommodated. If your order has already been processed, you may return it , in accordance with our return policy. Please follow the return instructions that came with your package.
Do you offer customization or personalization of products? [ top ]
We offer Customized Authentic Player Jerseys. Customized and/or personalized products are not returnable. 
How much do you charge for shipping? Do you ship International? [ top ]

What is your Return Policy? [ top ]
Please indicate your instructions on the invoice enclosed with the shipment and return with the item(s). Use any form of shipment when returning merchandise. Customer is responsible for shipping cost if returning an item that was NOT made in our error or when exchanging item(s). Please enclose a check or money order for $5.00 payable to NPS LLC for the shipping fee. Customer does not have to include $5.00 when sending product back for credit. If you have received merchandise in error by our shipping department, please return merchandise to the Returns Department and you will be reimbursed any shipping fees you incurred sending it back. You may also return goods with the shipping invoice to the Patriots Pro Shop located at One Patriot Place, Foxboro, Mass. (Foxboro Stadium). Merchandise returned without a receipt or invoice will be issued store credit to be used that day. We honor returns and credit backs within 60 days of purchase. We will NOT accept worn or laundered clothing, or any undergarments. Autographed, Customized and Personalized items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund. All credit backs are processed within 1 to 3 business days of receipt of return.
